Yreka is in northern California, next to I-5 about 20 miles south of the Oregon border.
There is a parking lot on North St, between 3rd and Oregon St, and there are a couple of poles with (I think) GE 2 tube fluorescent fixtures.
The fixtures look in good condition, but we went back at dusk and they were not working.
