This is just one of those random sights that makes driving around so much fun...GE and Westinghouse on the same pole, on someone's lot.

The best guess here is someone bought some surplus/ salvaged utility stock years ago for some extra lighting- so that's how a Form 109 and an OV-20 end up on the same pole. Notice the paint can ballasts up there too. No idea of what lamps are in there, but looking at the ballasts, some sort of 400W mercury.
