Webster is one of a series of towns along NY-104 in upstate New York. It's about 10 miles east of Rochester. Only a couple of old lights of interest here, a pair of gumballs. These are on Ridge Rd, just east of Phillips Rd.
Some towns round here are further ahead with replacing their old lights, Webster has only these two left. This one is on an old arm with series insulator still attached, although the light was converted to multiple at some point. Light source unknown.
