Extract from TV programme about street lighting

On this page you'll find a 13 minute video extract from a UK magazine
show called 'Antenna' I think, taped in 1991 or thereabouts. It deals
with the efforts Dave Crawford, then Executive Director of the
International Dark-Sky Association (he retired in June 2008) made to
get the city of Tucson, AZ to change its lighting ordinance. Mention is
made also of Phoenix, AZ and San Diego, CA. Below are a few images
taken from the video.
