Turlock is 70 or so miles southeast of the Bay area, one of the towns on Hwy99, about 15 miles south of Modesto. It's worth a look because there are many streets still lit with Westinghouse OV-14B fixtures.
If you go east on E Canal from E Main, you'll find plenty of these fixtures. They are in pretty good condition, too.
