Tulare is in California's Central Valley, on Hwy99 roughly midway between Fresno and Bakersfield. An unusual sight just off the highway- no, not the glare shielded M400!
These are twin T5 linear fluorescent fixtures, manufacturer unknown.
A close look at these fixtures- they look new and like they are a test installation- at night they work pretty well.
