This interesting fixture, or should I say, reflector/lens assembly is located about 1.5 miles west of downtown Topeka. At the northeast corner of SW Macvicar Ave and SW 10th Ave there is a building which, until the late 2000s used to be a Dollar General. The large sign that is now blank, also used to say "Dollar General" but probably predates that chain occupying this lot. The fixture consists of a standard NEMA head, but the angled lens assembly is something I've not seen anywhere else.
GSV indicates that as of June 2017, the building is still unoccupied and for sale, and the light is still there.
