A great find this- a couple of parking lots full of GE fluorescents, some with Powergroove tubes fitted. It is located on Farrell Rd in an industrial area near the intersection of I690/90.
It turns out that this now unoccupied site was once home to a GE CRT plant, which could explain the choice of fixture.
