The lighting level on 2-lane roads is low, with lots of glare, but it's a great atmosphere nevertheless.
Drive on a 6-lane road
The great thing about this city, and possibly unique in the US now, is that some main roads like this one, are still lit with the same radial wave fixtures that light the smaller roads. At the end of this clip, you can see that across the junction the next block has more conventional HPS lighting.
