Not actually in the city of Milwaukee, this is West Allis, and there are a couple of neighbourhoods to the east of I-41 that are lit with low pressure sodium, in GE cobraheads. They are 35W, and look like an official GE offering, although I couldn't confirm that GE did offer an official LPS lamp option for these fixtures. The city will have to replace these soon as LPS lamps aren't being made any more (2023) and they are getting by with the stock they still have.
The location here is the 2900 block of S 96 St.

10 years on from when the other pic was taken, we got back there at night to find the scene largely unchanged. 2 out of the 3 OV20s were working, and mercury to boot.
This is the Chase bank at S 16th & W Greenfield just outside downtown.

There are other Milwaukee pics on the Chicaloland pages, but here are a few more.
This is the way Milwaukee does its overhead series wiring. The isolation ballast is enclosed in their own custom housing, and the fixture in this case is 250W mercury.
