This was a random, accidental find...there is a minimall on the NE side of the intersection at Crater Lake Ave and E McAndrews Rd in Medford, and we just happened to drive past at dusk and saw the parking lot with 2 GE Powerglows.

It looks like someone had complained about the lack of light at some point, and rather than relamp and clean the Powerglow fixtures, the HPS floods had been added but the Powerglows were left connected.

One one pole, the HPS floods worked, on the other they didn't. Both Powerglows worked, and had noisy ballasts.

Unfortunately, the whole set of lights cycled- they came on long enough for most of the lamps to warm up, then went off for a few minutes...for this reason, I don't think this installation will survive for long in it's current form.
