A few miles east of downtown Kansas City, and east of I-435 on E Truman Rd at the intersection with S Northern Blvd, is an auto repair shop occupying the lot of a former gas station, as is often the case. This Guardian brand 4 tube fluorescent fixture, complete with Powergroove tubes still intact, was on the east side of the lot. Unfortunately it was removed some time between the time I took the pic, and June 2016. Only the pole remains now, according to GSV.
