Here's a great site found by Jim, and increasingly rare as large roadway series mercury installations are rapidly disappearing in the US. This is the Commodore Point Expressway (US-1(alt), SR-228, Hart Bridge Expwy) around the Hart Bridge, specifically the west side of the bridge near TIAA Bank Field football stadium.
There is more than one series loop in the area, this is the pad mounted regulator for one of them, located roughly at 1652 E Duval, under the deck for one of the bridge access ramps.
The fixtures are vintage too, lots of Line Material Unistyle 400 fixtures.
One of the series loops is dayburning, many of the lights were on when Jim visited. There are some HPS spot replacements nearer to the bridge, but the majority here are still mercury.
A visit once darkness had fell, and a great scene, a freeway with mercury lighting. Long stretches of high wattage mercury luminaires like this are extremely rare in the US or anywhere else in 2023.
