Just round the corner from City of Glendale Public Service Dept on W Chevy Chase, on the east side of San Fernando Rd, are several car body shops. One of them still had one of these, a triple head fluorescent fixture fitted with Powergroove tubes, still intact. At least 2 of the 3 fixtures that I could see from the road had all 4 tubes there. Rare to see this even when I took the pic in 2012, even more so at time of writing (2025). Never saw it working though. Unfortunately GSV shows it was gone soon after I took the pic.
