We found one interesting thing in Gallup, which is on I-40 about 20 miles from the Arizona border.
There is a parking lot by the railway track at S 2nd and I-40 business loop, and from there you can see these Form 101-FR fixtures on a pole with a lowering mechanism. A very rare sight.
