This is W South St, between Catoctin and Thomas. A nice installation here hanging on, an overhead series wired run of L-M Ovalite fixtures. They are mercury, and you can see the ballasts at the top of the poles. This installation is slightly unusual in that both sides of the loop are on one side of the road, both run on the same poles.
