Folsom and Swarthmore are a few miles southwest of downtown Philadelphia, and are home to quite a bit of vintage lighting. There are lots of scenes like this, mercury lamped Admiral's Hat type fixtures.

A closeup shows that these are PEMCO NEMA heads (not surprising given where we are) and a newish looking BT shape mercury lamp.
When we visited, there were quite a few dayburners about.
You can just about read the etch on this ED-shape lamp, this is a new Westinghouse.
