Crystal Bay is a lakeshore community at the north end of Lake Tahoe, and straddles the California-Nevada state line. On the NV-28 through the town is the Tahoe Biltmore Lodge & Casino, and the parking lot and grounds of this hotel are the location of many fluorescent fixtures.

I believe the larger ones are GE Form 406 fixtures, located around the parking lot. However there was one extremely unusual sight, a 2' fixture round near the service entrance.
