Despite there being a lot of money in this town, and the fact that most of the lighting has been refurbished, there's still small bits of mercury around. The suspended lantern style fixtures are on Rue de Frères Casanova. They were changed to a similar looking fixture with a horizontal lamp in 2017- possibly Eclatec Epoque. I doubt the replacement was mercury.

These multiple mercury fixtures on the poles were in the small park with the statue of Lord Brougham near Alée de la Liberté Charles de Gaulle. They were changed for single head indirect fixtures sometime between 2011 and 2014. The Phozagora site says these are Philips Polycube fixtures from the 1980s.

Update May 2018: Latest GSV shows that some time after 2013 a streetscaping project was done and all the concrete bollards, planters and those pole fixtures are now gone. Interestingly, Télé-Radio Littoral
- an old style radio and hifi store, part of the sign can be seen on the extreme left of this pic - did survive until 2013 then the next GSV pass in 2017 shows it gone, the only surviving thing is the parking sign!
This was taken standing roughly at 32 Rue Hoche facing west, the next cross street is Rue Hélène Vagliano and the street at the end in the distance is Rue du Maréchal Foche.
Some very odd looking fixtures...doubtless they look good in the daytime, but at night the lack of optical control means there's lots of glare and spill- the 150W HPS lamps are clear tubular.
