Bluffton is about 20 miles due south of Fort Wayne, on IN-1. After a tip-off, we went to see what is in the following pics. A lot of the town is still lit with overhead wired series mercury Westinghouse OV10 fixtures, most with plastic lenses and a few with the original (?) glass.
By the time you read this, all the installation in the following pics will probably be gone- the changeout was well underway when we got there.
A look at one of the regulators. This one is 30kW, and you can see the primary oil switch on the right, the secondary open circuit protector on the left.
